CORPORATE MISSION STATEMENT

 The Shell Knob Senior Center Corporation shall operate as a non-profit charitable corporation. It shall fund, construct, own and lease to the Southwest Missouri Office on Aging a Senior Center in the Shell Knob area. It will assist and advise with the Southwest Missouri Office on Aging in the growth and development of such Senior Center. Within this center, operated by SWMOA, we will provide a complete commercial kitchen for a nutritional program and will support all other programs offered by SWMOA.

 The Shell Knob Senior Center Corporation will solicit and accept charitable donations, grants and foundation giving for the development of the Senior Center and the growth and development of the entire Senior Complex.

 Within the boundaries of the Senior Complex (currently 40 acres), the anchor structure and activity shall be the initial Senior Center. Shell Knob Senior Center Corporation will continue development of senior housing facilities as is determined by community demands.
