Here are the dimensions I came up with for the real Stratos:  ( F = factory info)
Span =211 inches  F
Fuselage length = 98 inches   F
Height = 39 inches  F
Fan Diameter = 24.5"  F
T. Wing area = 80.7 sq. ft (factory) mine figures proportionally  less
Balance Point 47.25" from wing trailing edge   F
-------------
the rest are estimates;
about 15% taper in wing and canard from root to tip with all taper on the leading edge.
Wing root chord = 30.87 "
tip = 26.4 "
canard root = 27.5 "
tip = 22 "
Canard tip = 9.9 " ahead of wing Leading edge
distance between average quarter chord points 39.64 "
N.P = 41.5 inches ahead of T.E. of wing
Balance Point = 18 3/8 " ahead of Neutral Point
Distance from root to root at fuse centerline = 39 inches
Fuselage estimated width = 24 inches, 19 at wing root
Rudder/Fins/Winglets are canted out ward ~ 8 degrees from canard to wing
Rudder/Fins/Winglets- sweepback about 30 degrees from the canard to wing L.E.

NOTE
With a model I would recommend making the fuselage about 3% longer and would also suggest the chord of the canard being about 10% less to move the balance point farther aft.
