Top Row
Photo #1 -Rear cockpit coaming finished.
Photo #2 -Front cockpit coaming finished.
Photo #3 -Both done.  Use leather instead of cheap vinyl.  Do as I say, not as I did.
Photo #4 -The top wing gap covers will never wrap perfectly around the wing.  If you are 1/64th of an inch off on the leading edges of each wing part then they will not meet perfectly at the trailing edge.  Therefore you have to make templates and then cut each one individually to fit.  I used 4" wide .010 aluminum roof flashing, then cut it to size so that it ended up 3" across.
Photo #5 -Dress rehearsal and weight and balance time.  I weighed it without the wheel pants and it weighs 780 empty.  Paint and covering only added 59 lbs. or 108% of the framed weight.

Bottom Row
Photo #1 & 2-Sure turned out nice and the balance point is perfect.  Time to tear it down and finish the tid bits.
Photo #3 & 4 -Upholstering.  Learning to sew.  Turning out OK so far.
Photo #5 - This shows how I decided to letter the trim tab. Now is that cocky or what?
Will take it to Neosho, Mo. next week for testing and FAA inspection.
