Photo #1 & 2- Ran the engine again & found one oil leak and one gas leak. Everything else seemed OK. RPM dropped about 75 per mag and slight drop with carb heat. Replaced the tires with new ones as one had weather cracks developing. Looks like I will have 3300 hours in this project when it is ready to taxi. Hoping for late Aug or Sept. 05 for a test flight.

Photo #3 -This shows an area around the cowling that was too close to the exhaust. I installed a heat shield. Also shows the way I routed plug wires from the eyebrows.
Photo #4 -I cut my vinyl 6.5" wide x proper length, laid the pipe insulation flat and glued the vinyl to the inside of the foam then began attaching to see if that would work. It did.
Photo #5 -Decided I needed a flat black dash, so outlined the windscreen with electrical tape, then removed windscreen and cut the vinyl to match. Glued down with Pliobond (tm).
