Top Row
Photo #1 -Believe this will be the last put together before covering.  The front windscreen is in place as is the fuel tank and front fuse covering.  Landing wires are simply nylon rope at this point.
Photo #2 - Bought a new red and white green beret hat so had to jump in and check out my ailerons.  Everything's works fine.  Weight and balance still appears to be right on the money.
Photo #3 - After my 3rd EAA inspection I began covering the elevator and trim tabs.  this photo shows the right elevator that is now ready for surface tapes and has been rib stitched.
Photo #4 - Just have the horizontal stab left to cover.  Looks pretty spifffy!
Photo #5 - I decided to cover the tips separately and this shows a tip being covered.

Bottom Row
Photo #1 - Bottom of the right wing now covered
Photo #2 - Wing and tip now completed
Photo #3 -Actually easier to cover than a model.  Both top wing halves now done and not one wrinkle.  Final shrink at 350 degrees did warp the root ribs some but I fixed it.
Photo #4 -Suckered my grandson Andy Menzies into helping rib stitch.  Said he would rather flip burgers for the guys that knew how to do rib stitching.
Photo #5 -After Andy went back home I still had one more panel to do.  Here is how you can rib stitch alone.
