file a complaint with the USPO! They have told me they no longer offer media
mail but that it should have only taken 5 days to come to me from MO.

I did receive the LP. Thank you. I'd say that "VG-" was a fair grade. The
vinyl composition, itself, was not all that noisy on my system. The first
couple of cuts, however, had some incessant ticking which marred the
listening a bit. (as I had reported it did on my system). But overall, I really enjoyed the LP.

Date sent: Fri, 7 Dec 2001 11:32:28 -0600Hi Joe,
That seems like a great policy that you have implemented (rechecking my grading before responding to inquiries), and it's great to hear. I think selling things (especially used) is difficult over the internet since buyers can't examine the goods first, but your solution makes a lot of sense. Plus I really get a sense of you being a consciencious business man who is interested in both the buyer and seller being happy - that way everyone wins!I must admit at first I didn't think you would be sensitive to the issue, and I was bummed about the sale. (2 records badly graded by me) This has nothing to do with you. It had to do with my past experiences of buying things from people who were only interested in getting rid of something without regard to quality - even if they had to stretch the truth to do it. So I am glad to find someone selling with integrity. I appreciate your follow-up message to me, thanks. And I hope you are open to me possibly buying some more records from you. I hope you have a wonderful holiday season.
Best regards, XX
