Within United States Ordering
(see below for international)

• List the records for which you would like a quote by copying their description in your email to me.  I reply promptly, 24/7. I you don't get a prompt reply from me, try again please.  We investigate your blocked emails..
  
• My current inventory is listed. I promptly delete sold items. Enter keywords in the SEARCH box at top of this page to find artists or song titles.
  
• PAYMENT methods, U.S Postal Service money order,  cash, cashiers or bank checks, bank or credit union money orders, international money orders  in US dollars. Optional insurance is $1.65 for any value up to $50.00. I can't take personal checks due to indefinite bank feedback. I don't have enough volume to justify paypal nor credit card accounts nor to ship via parcel services.
  
•  Media mail and packing is $3.00 for 1 or 2 LPs. I use LP mailers from Bags Unlimited, made from 200# test Brown Corrugated. Holding one LP with it's cover the mailer meaures in inches; 3/4 high, 12 3/4 wide and 12 3/4 long.
• I ship within 24 hrs of receiving your payment. I've used US Post Office media mail over 90% of the time for 20 years. I can also quote for Priority or Express maiI.
• After reading the above, email Joe Nix nixit@mo-net.com for an invoice quote. It helps if you have LP, artist, title or my URL location on your subject line. If you are curious, here is a October '05 picture of me in front of one of my 15 pine trees I planted 13 years ago as tiny twigs. I don't post my address on my pages since I want to invoice all orders.
  
• TIP: Your address in fairly large print on your correspondence gives me an address label I can cut  out and use as a mailing label under clear tape.
• I use the U.S.postal rate calculator for Media Mail for my quotes. My zip is 65654. Media mail experience has been from 3 to 10 days with the average in between.
  
• 'Priority Mail' has no guarantee. Over 20 years I have had excellent experience mailing my 12 by 12 LP boxes via media mail.

Outside  United States Ordering

• International Rate Calculator website.
• Records ship under the category Airmail Letter-post.
• Average LP packaged weighs  about 1 lb. 2 ounces.
• I will quote your cost.
• The Universal Currency Converter(tm) website.
• International Money Orders come to me as regular checks on a US bank. Most send cash.
• Incidentally my postoffice uses stamps, does not have a meter.
• I have shipped to the UK, Canada, France, Italy, Israel, Australia, Belgium, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, India and Japan.

Internet Security and Privacy: I don't make address lists of  my customers. I don't use Outlook Express. I run an internet firewall and  thorough virus program. I delete all incoming suspicious looking email. My ISP's  automatic virus scan strips the message from any incoming email which it determines are infected. My ISP's spam blocker works well. My site doesn't 'take cookies', the Free Find feature does but I never look at it's reports. I've never even thought of  sharing or 'using' in anyway personal information from your inquiries or orders. My internet site and email address is the only one I've had since May '96. I have never used an 'alias' email address. 

My inventory, equipment, experience, etc.

Every record has been cleaned, graded and fitted with an original or new liner. I collected and sold mostly via mail order for 15 years. Been at my current address since 1991. Have sold via my webpages since '98. Some lower graded records are listed since their quality improves notably upon taping. There are low cost conversion systems for recording analog vinyl in digital format into your computer so you can 'cut' your own CD's. These systems also suppress a lot of surface noise and were quite expensive in the recent past. I have only turntable vinyl for sale and do not offer other formats such as 'MP3', 'cutting a CD', taping to a cassette or whatever new format has come along.
