Payment and Cancellation Policy

A fee of 10% deposit amount will be charged 90 to 30 days prior to arrival- no deposit refunded if your reservation time cannot be filled. 30 days or less- you will be responsible for the entire amount of your reservation if your reservation time cannot be filled. All reservations must be paid in full.
