This link describes a Vessel Safety Check which is provided free of charge by the Coast Guard Auxiliary. The Vessel Safety Check is available for both a boat and a personal water craft (PWC). If you click on the link above you will leave this website. To return to this website, click or select the BACK button or menu item in your browser. Additional information may also be found at this VSC link. Vessel Safety Checks are performed by qualified members of the seven Flotilla units that form this Division. Each Flotilla has designated safety check stations. Visit our Scheduled Vessel Safety Check webpage for a list of scheduled checks and their locations. Or, if you complete and submit the form below, we will forward your request to a Flotilla officer who will contact you. Vessel Safety Checks and tips provided by the Auxiliarist conducting the check will help you be a safe boater. Review our Safety Documentary page for tips on safety and a documentary about failure to take certain safety precautions when filling fuel tanks on a boat.
