District 8 Virtual Store (Materials) Who can login? Active members of the USCG Auxiliary, District 8 (Eastern, Coastal and Western Regions) may login to the store and place orders. The Auxiliary Electronic Directory (eDirectory) is used to verify your membership and identify the Region (8ER, 8CR or 8WR) in which you are a member. You must also use your eDirectory password to enter the District 8 Store. If you are an Auxiliarist and have a record in AuxData, you automatically have an account in the e-Directory. However, you must activate your account in the eDirectory before you may enter the eDirectory or the District 8 Store. If you have not yet activated your account in the eDirectory or have forgotten your password, go to the eDirectory webpage and follow the instructions for activating your account or obtaining your password. It is very important that the e-mail address you are currently using and your e-mail address in AuxData match. If not, you will need to update AuxData before you will be permitted to activate your account in the eDirectory. You can update your e-mail address in AuxData yourself or submit an ANSC 7028 Member Information Change form to your FSO-IS (Information Services) Officer. What's available in the Store? How do I find the Store on the web? There is a Shop Auxiliary logo at the top of the left column of all Information for Members webpages in this website. Select this logo when you are browsing through the District site or access by using this link: http://www.shopauxiliary.com From the Shop Auxiliary site, select the D8 Online Store logo. The link from this logo will direct you to the D8 Online Store. While on the Shop Auxiliary webpage you will also find links to other shopping opportunities which you may use i.e. amazon.com for books and other needs, Chelsea clocks, softchoice for special pricing on all Adobe products, etc. Do I Activate an Account with the Store? Yes! When you login with the Store for the first time you will be prompted for information to activate your account. You can subsequently change your account information by selecting the My Account link in the upper right section of the page. How do I pay for my order?
