"I note with pride and am pleased to commend you for your performance of duty while serving as the On Scene Conference Coordinator for the 2006 District Eight Western Rivers Fall Conference from January 2006 through September 2006. In addition to your duties as Division 11 Vice Captain, you eagerly undertook the challenge of coordinating the District Fall Conference.  Your organizational ability, together with excellent leadership skills, helped assemble over 25 Auxiliarists on your team. You traveled to Rochester, Minnesota several times, at your own expense, to meet with Kahler Grand Hotel staff to coordinate all details that ensured a successful event. With exemplary enthusiasm and cooperative spirit, you contributed over 1000 hours of time over a nine-month period to personally oversee all aspects of the conference.  By working closely with the District staff and local host Divisions 11 and 2, you accomplished unprecedented levels of Auxiliary support for a most memorable and well-attended conference."
