" You
have distinguished yourself on a weekly basis by diligently and cheerfully
caring for all aspects of the outgoing mail service for the office. Your
work in our office is amazingly only one part of your dual volunteer role
for the Coast Guard, in that when you finish assisting our office in the
morning, you then move on to help the St. Louis Regional Exam Center
Office staff, too. Each Wednesday morning you faithfully demonstrate your
work ethic by handling the important task of tracking, organizing, and
properly filing records and data impacting nearly 1400 Auxiliary members.
Your timely and accurate handling of division and flotilla unit data,
personnel identification information, and Patrol Orders keep DIRAUX
running smoothly and effectively. You have proved to be a force
multiplier for the Operational Training Officer by your superb work
assisting him with property audits of the Personal Protective Equipment
and organizing the AF-538 forms associated with each item. Your
willingness to be available to tackle any project we assign you allows the
staff to stay focused on the many projects demanding their unique skill
set. You truly do embody our core values with your dedication to the
DIRAUX office; your tremendous efforts enable my staff to better serve
every member of the Western Rivers Region Auxiliary.." |
