while serving as District Eight Western Rivers Assistant District Staff
Officer for Communications Services (Web Page Manager), from 01 January
2007 to 21 September 2007. During this timeframe, you developed the
Eighth Western Rivers web page into a modern communications tool. Your
extraordinary foresight and computer logistical expertise permitted you to
make significant contributions to the success of the Eighth Western Rivers
web page. You developed procedures for ensuring that the web page was
maintained and updated despite the numerous changes that occurred on a
daily basis. The result of your exceptional work is that all District
Eight Western Rivers Auxiliarists can remain informed about Coast Guard
and District Eight polices and procedures. Your development of the web
page into the principal communications tool of Eighth Western Rivers,
whose area of responsibility spans 16 states, has proven itself." |
