Order Form and Instructions

Order Traditional Way

Under the traditional way, 8WR members may place their orders through their Flotilla Materials Officer (FSO-MA) who in turn submits the order to the Division Materials Officer (SO-MA) who then submits orders to the District Materials Officer (DSO-MA).  The 8WR order form may be copied from the link below.  The form should be mailed to the following address with a check or money order (Note: the Materials Store now accepts MasterCard and Visa credit cards).

If an order is sent by e-mail or fax to the District Materials Store a check or money order should be sent immediately as orders are not processed until money is received.

The District Store will accept orders on the AuxCen order form.

Order Directly Through AuxCen

• On-line

  • Enter through the Shop Auxiliary home page, select the D8 Online Store button then the District 8 Western Rivers button on the subsequent page.

• Regular Mail or Fax

  • Complete the AuxCen Order Form.  Submit the form by regular mail or send it by fax.  Payment may be made by Visa or MasterCard credit cards or with a check through the mail.  The AuxCen order form may be downloaded using the link below.  It is a fill-in form in Adobe Acrobat format.

  • Mail orders to:
