Short Term:
1) Improve communications at all levels from the top down and the bottom up, so that all members know what is going on at all levels. Those in leadership roles need to recognize the contributions of each member at the flotilla and division meetings.
2) We encourage interdivisional activities when it is feasible. We need to use these meetings to network and share resources. Attempt to have an interdivisional exercise or meeting by the Fall of 2007.
3) Increase our partnering with the active duty units near our division locations and have a joint meeting or activity by Fall of 2007.
Long Term:
1) Get every member and especially new members qualified and active in what program they choose to do for the Auxiliary and increase the output of each division by 10% by Fall 2007.
2) All leadership positions will show professionalism and protocol and act as role models for members who wish to become elected leaders.
3) Recruit, Revitalize and show Responsibility by training our new members and helping the organization grow 10% annually.
