Citation (in part)

"Throughout this period Auxiliarist KEY devoted long hours, often working far into the evening contacting the proper corporate officers, and setting up multiple appointments and presentations, and developing effective, productive working relationships with often elusive executives.  Despite being plagued by myriad corporate roadblocks and setbacks, as well as the ever present bureaucratic red tape, Auxiliarist KEY’s professional demeanor, astute business acumen, and tactful tenacity resulted in multiple location corporate entities such as Shop ‘N Save, Schnucks, Dierbergs, and Wal-Mart; as well as the entire St. Charles County and St. Louis County Public Library systems being brought on board as Recreational Boating Safety Partners.  Through Auxiliarist KEY’s sustained professional efforts and adherence to United States Coast Guard Auxiliary Recreational Boating Safety Partner guidelines, over 40 new Recreational Boating Safety Partner locations were organized and brought online over a nine and one-half month period; an average of one new RBS Partner location per week.  Auxiliarist KEY then orchestrated the logistics of supplying these new Recreational Boating Safety Partners with up-to-date literature and displays by developing a comprehensive Flotilla Program Visitor Plan that includes training fellow Auxiliarists as Recreational Boating Safety Program Visitors and introducing them to personnel from new Partners in their geographic area."
