AuxOp Proctors for On-line Testing Student Members who have achieved the Auxiliary Operations (AuxOp) status may proctor any of the AuxOp courses that are taken on-line. A list of District 8WR members who are qualified to proctor on-line AuxOp examinations is shown below. When you are ready to take your AuxOp on-line proctored examination open the National Testing Center entrance webpage. If you are a new user you must secure a password by selecting the New User - Get Password link. You will receive you ID and password nearly instantaneously by e-mail. If you already have your ID and password needed to enter the testing site then select the Take a Test link. Once in the Test Center there are options to take a variety of on-line examinations. Examinations requiring proctoring are specifically identified. If you are taking an examination that requires a proctor (all AuxOp examinations require a proctor) a page will appear for the proctor you selected to enter his/her ID and password. After this information is entered you will be able to proceed with the examination. Immediately after you submit your examination you will be informed on screen whether or not you passed the course. Questions answered incorrectly are also identified. If you pass the examination confirmation that you passed is automatically feed directly to AuxData and entered into your records. View the User Guide published by the National Testing Center for instructions on entering the Testing Center. You may check & verify on-line test results. Only on-line tests taken after March 1, 2005 on which a passing score was received will appear. Proctor If you have attained the AuxOP status you are automatically identified as a proctor based on information contained in AuxData and the e-Directory. However, to proctor a student you must have first activated you eDirectory account then signed on to the Proctor Testing System. After signing on to the Proctor Testing System you will immediately be given an ID and password. This ID and password will be required at the time the student enters the Testing Center to take an examination requiring a proctor.
