ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING

All units have color/cable TV, microwaves, refrigerator, stove, dishes, pans, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, bed, bath & kitchen linens, heat and air-conditioning, BBQ grills.  Guests must provide their own swimming towels.

  • Add $15.00 per night for each additional person.
  • Children under six stay free (limit two free per cabin)
  • A  $150-$1000 deposit is required at the time of reservation. All deposits will be deducted from the balance of the final bill.  The entire stay must be paid for at check-in. Phone reservations will be held no longer than 7 days without deposit.
  • Rates quoted above do not include state sales tax.
  • There is a three day minimum on Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends.
  • Due to demand, there is a one-week minimum for some weeks during prime season.
  • Boat slips in a covered, lighted boat dock are available for $10.00 per day.
  • NO PETS!
  • NO FIREWORKS!
